The upper body angles must be maintained throughout the follow through movement, using the universal joint theory, but importantly,
the weight of the body remains mostly over the left leg.
(It is very important that you get the timing of the downswing correct, because as soon as the club head strikes the ball the arms are forced to interact and the left wrist is forced into a cupped position thus rolling the wrist as the club head goes through the contact area, you must also quickly turn the whole compact body to fully face the target area whilst balanced on the left leg --- at the same speed the arms and the club head is moving.)
Whilst the whole body to quickly turns to fully face the target area thus forcing the shoulders to fully face the target area, the right arm continues to be forced into the fully straightened
position thus holding the club face square to the target line for that extra few inches after the ball has been struck but also injecting extra power into the golf shot.
Therefore the whole body turns to fully face the target area at the same speed that the club head is moving -- and then after the right arm is fully straightened, the right hand begins to roll over the left hand-- whilst the head remains in the frontal facing position as the right shoulder quickly moves under the chin.
Try to achieve the correct position after the ball has been struck, try to swing your arms/golf club shaft so that they are pointing towards the right of the target area.
However, whilst whole twisted body unit rotates, it will also force the shoulders to fully face the target area, therefore to get the right result,
the head must not sway away from the original address position and the eyes must remain fully focused on the spot where the ball was positioned whilst the club face swings past the ball.
The golfer's head must remain in the frontal facing position until forced to rotate away from this position by the rotational movement of the whole twisted body unit at which point the right shoulder moves under the chin.
